Irv expanded his work from Miami-Dade and Monroe counties into Palm Beach, becoming the first pool contractor approved by Sears Roebuck & Co. and gaining national recognition on Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous. His portfolio included pools for Don Shula and the Potemkin estate, featuring innovations like swim-up bars, infinity edges, waterfalls, spas, and outdoor kitchens.
Beyond building, Irv served as an expert swimming pool advisor to Miami-Dade County and sat on the Construction Trades Qualifying Board, leaving a lasting legacy in the pool-building industry.
